What type of camera do I need ?

The information will always be there so you may return time and time again if necessary to refresh your memory on any aspect of any lesson.
Successful completion of the test will then give you immediate access to the next learning module. Each test will also count towards a final score and your completion certificate.

Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?
You can then go back and revise any lessons if there are subjects that you may be unclear about.
After successfully completing your course and passing the exams, you will receive a personalised certificate to proudly show your achievements. X
How long do I have to complete the course
is there a deadline by which the modules must be completed?
You may take your time.
The course is designed to be taken at your own pace. There are no time limits and your membership allows you unlimited access which will enable you to revisit your course modules time and time again to refresh your skills.
We are also continually adding additional benefits and fabulous resources for the benefit of our members. These updates are provide to you FREE as a part of your lifetime membership package.
What if I fail One Test?
If I fail one test … does that mean I will not pass or get my certificate?
Your final score is calculated from the combination of all your test scores as an overal percentage.
So providing you don’t fail too many tests you’ll be fine and still receive your certificate
Do I need to have Photoshop to take the Course?
You do not require Photoshop to complete the course.
However, members do have access to download a FREE 30 Trial of Photoshop
should you wish to use it to practice some of the Photoshop tutorials.
Is there someone who will be available for questions?

When you join the CLICK Photography Course, you are assigned a specific tutor and you wil certainly have the opprtunity to ask questions. There will also be opportunities to submit assignments to your tutor for assessment and the opportunity to upload photos for critique in order to assist and provide you with the ultimate learning experience.

Access Problems:
I did not receive my password/username
I regsistered for the course and did not receive an email with my password or username. What is wrong? What can I do?
If you have registered for the course and did not receive an email with your password or username, the problem is at YOUR end.
You are immediately sent several emails from us upon signing up.
One is an email with your shopping cart receipt. The other is with your login username and password information.
If you have not received one or both of these emails, it may be because you haven’t added “clickphotographycourse.com” to your safe sender’s list and our emails have ended up in your spam or junk email box. Please do a search for these emails.
If you still can not find the email that was sent to you , you need to do the following:
1/ Go to: http://www.clickphotographycourses.com/course/
2/ Click on “LOST PASSWORD”
3/ Enter the same email that you signed up with to retrieve a new password.

I can't view the screen properly
I can not view the screen properly and part of the course slides are cut off and I can not see the buttons to click in order to navigate to the next pages.
If you are having problems viewing the screen and part of it appears CUT OFF, unfortunately the problem is at YOUR end and this is because of your screen having incorrect resolution settings.
If your mouse has a scroll wheel situated on the top that you can “ROLL” try holding down the “CTRL” key as you ROLL the wheel.
Another way you can do this is to hold down your “CTRL” key whilst pressing the “MINUS” key.
If this does not work, you will need to go into your computer display settings and reset them to match your default screen size.
If this doesn’t work, you will need to try accessing the course on a different computer.
The modules are not loading
If your modules are not loading, first check to see if you can see a spinning wheel on the screen.
If you can see the wheel, it means that the module is loading and your internet connection may be a bit slow and needs additional time to load the content.
If you can not see the wheel – This means that there is something on your system preventing the information from loading. The modules require FLASH software to load in your browser.
There are several things you can try.
Check your browser configuration to ensure that “FLASH” is enabled.
Check any security software that you may be running…. ensure again that FLASH is enabled. ( You may try temporarily disabling your security software to see of this is the issue.)
You may also try using a different browser or connect to the internet via a different connection.
